Seven Paws Dog Training
1. Introduction
Welcome to Seven Paws Dog Training. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive experience of all clients and dogs involved.
2. Services
Seven Paws Dog Training provides dog training and support, including but not limited to:
1-to-1 training sessions
Group classes
Workshops and events
All services are delivered using ethical, welfare-focused, reward-based training methods.
3. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Packages must be used within the stated timeframe.
Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Seven Paws Dog Training reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree that:
Your dog is fit and healthy to participate in training.
You will disclose any behavioural concerns, including aggression or reactivity, prior to sessions.
You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour at all times.
Dogs must be kept on a lead unless otherwise instructed.
You will follow trainer guidance to ensure safety and progress.
6. Vaccinations & Health
Dogs attending group classes must be up to date with vaccinations or titre tested where applicable.
Dogs showing signs of illness (e.g. vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing) must not attend sessions.
If your dog becomes unwell, please notify us as soon as possible.
7. Safety & Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Seven Paws Dog Training cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, or property during training sessions.
Participation is at the owner’s own risk.
Clients remain responsible for their dog at all times.
8. Equipment & Training Methods
Only suitable, humane equipment is permitted.
The use of aversive tools (including prong collars, choke chains, or e-collars) is not allowed in sessions.
Seven Paws Dog Training reserves the right to refuse participation if inappropriate equipment or handling is used.
9. Children
Children are welcome where appropriate but must be supervised at all times.
Responsibility for children remains with the parent or guardian.
10. Media & Marketing
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for training or marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing prior to your session.
11. Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for communication and service delivery purposes.
12. Results Disclaimer
Training results vary depending on consistency, environment, and individual dogs.
Seven Paws Dog Training does not guarantee specific outcomes but is committed to providing professional guidance and support.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.
14. Changes to Terms
Seven Paws Dog Training reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
